trng was still as tiring and fun! =p

the selection list is out,
but smth went wrong in btwn.
we got extra 5 ppl who were selected.
WHY?
someone meddle with the list.
we'll catch this person and a-haha.
he/she will be greatly dealt with.
so everyone in for final selection has to come back for anothr try-out.
make our work doubled as well.
sprinting went quite well tdy. (:
juniors been doing well except a few.
ponners..yes. there are alot of them this yr.
some day devilish shall go ponners-catching. HAHA!
