just a post before i off the computer.

a note to all who exercise:
- never exercise in such a bloodly hot weather
- never exercise less than 2hrs after lunch
- never exercise when you're coughing or having a flu

damn. i just went jogging with my ''personal coach''
and it wasn't even ONE round when i cldn't breathe.
like urgh..whats wrong with my stamina tdy. >.<
anw,i didn't care less so i cont.
well,soon, i found myself vomiting my lunch. D:
there goes my duck rice~

so yes,all of you shld HEED my advice as stated above. lols.

i think i'm definitely growing weaker in stamina.
btr ask coach to do smth abt it.

its very sad and surprising that a swimmer doesn't have enough stamina.
thats also very.... haiya! forget it.

and thats the end of my very short post!
also,as you can see,i haven touch any of my hw.
